Next Solution lab is an AI research and software development company. We are looking for a
Business Development Manager who can sale and promote our products and services.
Job responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in Bangladesh and global markets for IT and software development services.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s client base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT and software industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
More than 3 years experience in Software Outsourcing Business Development and Marketing is required.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong understanding of IT and software development services, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the software outsourcing industry, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across diverse markets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in developing and executing business strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with global markets and the ability to adapt strategies to different cultural and business contexts.
- Experience selling HR and ERP-related web applications.
- Ability to market and sell innovative new products.
Office Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range:
- Negotiable depending on experience & skills
