Next Solution lab is an AI research and software development company. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can sale and promote our products and services.

Job responsibilities:

• Market Research:

  Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in both local and international software markets. Analyze competitor activities and industry dynamics to inform marketing strategies.

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the target zones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

• Campaign Management:

  Execute and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional advertising. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

• Content Development:

  Create attractive marketing Content Development, including product documentation, case studies, blog posts, and social media content. Ensure that all content is tailored to resonate with local and international audiences.

• Partnerships and Alliances:

  Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry organizations to expand the company's reach.

• Brand Management:

  Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and brand guidelines. Ensure brand integrity in all marketing materials and communications.

• Event Coordination:

  Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services globally.

• Performance Analytics:

  Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide regular insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Skills Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing roles within the software outsourcing industry, with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Proven experience of generating successful deal with international clients.
• Strong understanding of international software development outsourcing markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in spoken English, enabling effective communication and interaction with international clients and stakeholders in IT Industry.

Office Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range:

• Negotiable depending on experience & skills
• Salary will include:
