NextSolutionLab is a fast-growing tech company specializing in innovative software solutions, virtual experiences, and educational technology., We are looking for energetic and results-driven Sales Representatives who will be responsible for driving sales across our various ventures. This is a field-based role, requiring direct engagement with clients, decision-makers, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify and connect with potential clients across different industries.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings, and close deals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain Proof of Concept (POC).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales approaches based on market feedback.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.


Requirements



  • 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in B2B, SaaS, retail tech, or education tech).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
  • Ability to understand and present tech-driven solutions to clients.
  • Experience in field sales, retail, or business development is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings and market expansion.

Office Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range:


  • Negotiable depending on experience & skills
  • Salary will include:
    • Basic Salary
    • Location-wise House Rent
    • Medical Allowance
    • Special Allowance
