We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner (Business Development) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of AI-driven products. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement a product strategy aligned with Next Solution Lab's vision, managing the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution while ensuring business success.
- End-to-End Execution & Monitoring: Take full responsibility for the execution, progress tracking, and successful delivery of projects/ideas, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Pitch Deck Preparation: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, preparing impactful pitch decks for fundraising and strategic decision-making.
- Business Plan & Financial Oversight: Drive business plan execution while forecasting costs, financials, and market trends to ensure product viability and profitability.
- Market Research & Feature Prioritization: Conduct competitive analysis, understand customer needs, and prioritize features to maximize product value and business impact.
- Leadership & Team Management: Act as an assistant CEO, providing strategic direction, mentoring teams, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Performance & Optimization: Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user feedback, and implement improvements to enhance market fit and customer satisfaction.
- Technology & Innovation Alignment: Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI, Web, Mobile, etc.), ensuring product innovation and competitive advantage in the industry.
Qualifications:
Required:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, with a focus on AI-driven products.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range:
- Negotiable depending on experience & skills
