Your Role:
As a Project Manager, you will orchestrate end-to-end delivery of AI, web, and mobile projects while managing offshore teams across time zones. You will bridge client vision with technical execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage offshore developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
- AI/Web/Mobile Expertise: Oversee projects involving machine learning, NLP, responsive web apps, and iOS/Android mobile solutions.
- Agile Execution: Implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies, using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to track sprints, backlogs, and milestones.
- Client Partnership: Translate client requirements into actionable plans, provide transparent updates, and manage expectations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and optimize workflows to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet technical and business goals through testing, reviews, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Budget & Resource Management: Monitor costs, allocate resources efficiently, and report financial progress to leadership.
What You Bring:
Required:
- 3+ years of software project management experience (AI, web, or mobile development).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Proven success managing offshore/remote teams in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Technical fluency in AI concepts (e.g., ML, computer vision) and modern web/mobile stacks.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English for effective global team collaboration.
Preferred:
- Experience in fintech, healthcare, or SaaS industries.
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary Range:
- Negotiable depending on experience & skills
